Andrew Pearson, non-executive Director of TLA, has notified the Company that he ceased to be a director of Sure Maintenance Group on 11th September 2015, following its sale. Sure Maintenance Group delivers Gas, Mechanical, Electrical and Property Maintenance services across the UK.
