NWF Group plc ("NWF" or the "Group"), announces that following the announcement dated 11 May 2017 Lorraine Clinton has advised that after careful consideration, she has decided not to take up the appointment at NWF in order to focus on other opportunities within her portfolio, a process will now be initiated to recruit a replacement.
