Non-executive director retires
Imagination Technologies Group plc (LSE: IMG, "the Group") announces that Ian Pearson, non-executive director, has decided to retire from the Board with effect from 31 May 2016.
Bert Nordberg, Chairman, said:
"I am grateful for Ian's notable contribution and would like to thank him for the expertise and judgement that he offered to Imagination throughout his time on the Board."
