Non-Executive Director
The Board of Speedy Hire Plc announces that after eight years' service as a non-executive director, David Galloway will retire from the Board with effect from 31 May 2009.
We thank him for his important contribution to the Company and wish him well for the future.
Speedy Hire also announces that following his appointment as a non-executive director on 2 April 2009, James Morley will replace David as Chairman of the Company's audit committee with effect from 8 May 2009.
