Non Executive Director Changes

The Board of Ladbrokes plc announces that Darren Shapland will retire from the Board on 24 September 2015 after serving for six years as a non-executive director, five of which as Chair of the Audit Committee.

A search is underway for a replacement non-executive director who will also take on the role of Chair of the Audit Committee with an announcement expected in due course.
