Non-Executive Director change

Ladbrokes Coral Group plc announces that, at a meeting of the Nomination Committee of the Board held today, Non-Executive Director, Christine Hodgson, advised that she has decided not to seek re-election to the Board at the Annual General Meeting to be held on 4 May 2017 due to an increased level of business commitments.

Christine joined the Board as Non-Executive Director in May 2012 and will have completed five years in this capacity, including a spell as Senior Independent Director of Ladbrokes plc prior to the merger with Gala Coral. Christine will remain on the Board up to and including the Annual General Meeting.

Ladbrokes Coral Chairman, John Kelly, said:

"I am sad to see Christine step down from the Board but appreciate her decision based on her growing work commitments. She has been a stalwart of the Board over her time with us and has provided expert and valued advice. She has made a huge contribution in her time and we wish her well."
