Equiniti Group plc (the Company or Equiniti), the specialist technology outsourcer providing non-discretionary payment and administration services, today announces that John Parker has notified the Board of his intention to stand down as a Non-Executive Director with effect from 30 September 2017. John joined the Equiniti Board on 1 January 2014 following his retirement as Managing Director of Equiniti's Shareholder Solutions business at the end of 2013.
