Non-Executive Director Appointment

Jarvis Securities plc, the holding company for Jarvis Investment Management Limited, a stock broking company and outsourced service provider for bespoke tailored financial administration, announces the appointment of Paul Shackleton as Non-Executive Director of the Board, with immediate effect.

Paul has 30 years' experience as a corporate finance adviser and broker to domestic and international AIM traded companies, including advising companies in the role of Nominated Adviser. He is currently a Non-Executive Director of Sutton Harbour Group PLC and Rurelec PLC. He was previously a Non-Executive Director of Woodbois Limited and GCM Resources PLC.

Paul Roger Anthony Shackleton, aged 56, does not own any shares in the Company nor any rights to subscribe to any shares in the Company.
