Non-Executive Director Appointment

Devro plc announces the appointment of Jane Lodge as a non-executive director and chair of the audit committee.

Until recently Jane was a senior audit partner with Deloitte, where she spent over 25 years advising global manufacturing companies including businesses in the food and automotive sectors. Jane was also the partner in charge of the UK manufacturing industry sector, where she was responsible for strategy and marketing, and was a member of the Deloitte Global Manufacturing Executive. She was a member of the CBI Manufacturing Council until 2011. Following her co-option on to the Board of Partners of Deloitte UK, she co-chaired a global team of partners to review the strategy of the Global Deloitte Firm. Jane's extensive experience with manufacturing companies and her strategic work with Deloitte has given her a strong international business perspective.

Jane will join the Board on the 1st March 2012 and will assume the post of chair of the audit committee following the annual general meeting on the 19th April 2012 when Stuart Paterson stands down. Jane will be standing for election at the annual general meeting.
