Non-Executive Director Appointment

Gamma Communications plc ("Gamma" or the "Company"), a leading provider of Unified Communications as a Service ("UCaaS") into the UK and European business markets, is pleased to announce the appointment of Rachel Addison as a Non-Executive Director of the Company with effect from 3 October 2022.

Rachel has c. 30 years of finance and operational management experience. She has held a number of senior leadership and board positions across media and technology businesses. Her roles have included: Chief Financial Officer at Future plc, Chief Financial Officer at TI Media Limited and senior roles at a variety of businesses including Reach plc, Local World Limited, Northcliffe Media Limited and Boots the Chemist. Rachel is a Chartered Accountant having started her career at Arthur Andersen.

She currently serves as a Non-Executive Director at Watkin Jones plc, Hyve Group plc, Mango Publishing Limited and Marlowe plc.

Rachel will be appointed to the Audit Committee and to the Risk Committee.

In accordance with Schedule 2(g) of the AIM Rules for Companies, set out in the appendix below are those companies for which Rachel Bernadette Addison Horsley, aged 52, has been a director in the last five years. The Group confirms that there are no other disclosures to be made pursuant to Schedule 2(g) of the AIM Rules for Companies with respect to Rachel Bernadette Addison Horsley.
