Non-Executive Director and Audit Chair Appointment
ASOS Plc ("ASOS" or the "Company") is pleased to announce the appointment of Jon Kamaluddin as an Independent Non-Executive Director with effect from 1 December 2025. Jon will Chair the Company's Audit Committee and will serve as a member of the Remuneration Committee.
Jon brings over two decades of experience across international retail, finance and technology sectors. Jon was previously an Executive Director of ASOS, initially serving as Finance Director from 2004 to 2009, and later as International Director from 2009 to 2013, leading the Company's global expansion and overseas growth. In addition, Jon has held senior Board roles including Chair of Klarna Bank AB, Chair of Job & Talent Limited and Senior Independent Director and Audit Committee Chair at Farfetch. Jon is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and is currently an Independent Advisor to Felix Capital and a Director of the Secret Linen Store Limited.
Following Natasja Laheij's appointment as Chair of the Company effective today, Natasja will Chair the Nomination Committee and José Manuel Martínez Gutiérrez will join the Nomination Committee with immediate effect. Natasja will step down as Audit Committee Chair and member of the Remuneration Committee with effect from 1 December 2025.

There are no other details that are required to be disclosed under 6.4.8R of the UK Listing Rules with respect to the appointment of Jon Kamaluddin.
