LSL Property Services plc, a leading provider of financial and surveying services and residential estate agency is pleased to announce the appointment of Robert Sharpe as a Non Executive Director and Chair of the Remuneration Committee with effect from 1st September 2008.
Robert Sharpe has over 30 years experience in the financial services sector including various positions with the Portman Building Society, Bank of Ireland and Bank of America. He was Chief Executive of Portman Building Society for 8 years until August 2007 and he currently holds a number of non executive positions, including being Chairman of Rias plc and Vaultex Ltd and is a Senior Advisor at Gleacher Shacklock LLP.
