Filtrona plc15 February 2007 Filtrona plc Directorate Change Retirement of Non-Executive Director Filtrona plc today announces that Warren Knowlton, who assumed a full-time chiefexecutive role outside Filtrona plc in December 2006 requiring his relocation tothe US, will not be seeking re-election at the Company's Annual General Meeting("AGM") on 30 April 2007 and he will cease to be a Non-executive Director of theCompany at the end of the AGM.
