In accordance with AIM Rule 17 and Schedule 2 Annex III, Stephen Thomson and Sarah Jane Thomson, as a result of an investment, were formerly directors of a small private babyfood company, Babylicious Limited, for approximately one year until 22 September 2009 when it went into administration. The administration process is not yet complete.
