CIC Mining Resources Ltd (AIM:CICR), the consulting and advisory firm operating primarily in the mining energy and infrastructure sectors, is pleased to announce the appointment of Cairn Financial Advisers LLP as its Nominated Adviser with immediate effect.

Following the appointment of Cairn Financial Advisers LLP and the release of the Company's Audited Financial Statements for the year ended 31 January 2012 and the CompanyÕs Interim Financial Statements for the 6 months ended 31 July 2012, the suspension from trading on AIM in the Company's common shares will be lifted at 7:30 a.m. today.
