Issuance of subordinated notes

 

NLB d.d., Ljubljana (hereinafter also: the company) announced on 21 November 2022 that it is planning to issue Tier 2 subordinated notes (hereinafter also: the subordinated notes). On the basis of orders received from eligible counterparties and professional clients outside the United States of America the company has decided to issue the subordinated notes in the aggregate nominal amount of EUR 225 million. The notes are expected to be issued on 28 November 2022, their maturity date will be 28 November 2032 and the issuer will have the option for early redemption on 28 November 2027. The interest on the principal of the notes will accrue at the interest rate of 10.75% per annum and the issue price will be equal to 99.076% of their nominal amount. The ISIN code of the notes will be XS2413677464.

The investor base is diverse, coming from high quality international as well as regional and domestic accounts.
