Newbuilding Delivery Notice
Following the press release of 15th July 2013, Hellenic Carriers Limited, ("Hellenic" or the "Company") (AIM: HCL), an international provider of marine transportation services for dry bulk cargoes, announces that delivery of the M/V ULYSSES 1, a 81,662 dwt Kamsarmax vessel, from the Zhejiang Ouhua Shipbuilding Co Ltd in China, took place. Following this delivery, the fleet has an aggregate carrying capacity of about 250,778 dwt and an average age of 12.1 years.

Hellenic Carriers Limited operates through its subsidiaries a fleet of dry bulk vessels that transport iron ore, coal, grain, steel products, cement, alumina, and other dry bulk cargoes worldwide. The fleet consists of four vessels, comprising one Panamax, one Supramax, one Handymax and one Kamsarmax with an aggregate carrying capacity of 250,778 dwt and a weighted average age of 12.1 years. A Kamsarmax new building vessel is under construction, with a carrying capacity of about 82,000 dwt scheduled for delivery in September/October 2013.
