Fisher (James) & Sons PLC21 February 2005 For release21 February 2005 NEW TANKER DELIVERY James Fisher & Sons plc, one of the UK's leading marine services providers,announces the delivery of the second of its two new 12,800 dwt tankers, theClyde Fisher, from the Samho Shipbuilding Company Ltd in Korea. The first ship from Samho, the Cumbrian Fisher, was delivered in December andthis week entered service in Milford Haven. In addition, two new 5,000 dwt vessels, the Shannon Fisher and the Solway Fisherare expected to be delivered in late 2005 and mid 2006 respectively. All fourvessels have been acquired in the form of ten-year bareboat charters. The average age of James Fisher's fleet is already lower than that of its maincompetitors but the Company intends to maintain this advantage and build amodern fleet that will maintain market leadership in the UK.
