New strategic partnerships & London launch of eg operational intelligence® V8.0

eg solutions plc ("eg" or "the Company"; LSE-AIM: EGS), the global back office optimisation software company, is pleased to announce that it has established two new strategic partnerships which will strengthen the Company's position in the workforce optimisation ("WFO") market and enhance its project implementation capability.

Intradiem Inc ("Intradiem")

The Company has entered into a partnership with Intradiem, the leading provider of intraday management solutions, whose patented intraday technology has been integrated into the eg operational intelligence® suite. Intradiem's software is used to identify spare capacity in call centres in real time. This data is then utilised by the eg operational intelligence® suite to deliver back office work to agents based on their skills and availability, ensuring that work is completed within Service Level Agreements.

There is an increasing demand from call centres for blending their front and back office activities in order to maximise the effectiveness of customer service staff across the whole enterprise and to achieve significant productivity gains. Using eg operational intelligence® to blend work allows businesses to achieve high customer service levels, regardless of the source of customer activity, and to reduce the customer journey through the organisation. Intraday management of work, people and processes across the front and back office improves the flexibility and responsiveness of the workforce and achieves significant productivity improvements.

As a result of the partnership with Intradiem, eg can respond to this growing demand for blending and deliver a unique solution, thereby significantly enhancing the Company's competitive edge.

Curium Solutions Ltd ("Curium").

Separately, the Company is pleased to have entered into a partnership with Curium, a Birmingham-based operations and change management consultancy, as part of eg's strategy to increase implementation options for its clients. Curium's experienced operations and change management consultants will implement eg's software as part of their own projects as well as providing additional or alternative resources and expertise for eg's implementations.

Curium will broaden the level of expertise and knowledge of eg's product suite and implementation methodology in the market.

London launch of eg operational intelligence® V8.0

On Tuesday, 25 March 2014, the Company will host the launch of eg operational intelligence® V8.0, at St Mary Axe in the City of London, for customers and prospects in the financial services sector, industry and investment analysts, and media.

This event, which provides an opportunity for key players to hear updates on, and debate, latest WFO industry issues and trends, will also include:

· a case study presentation by an eg client based on their experience of implementing eg'spioneering blended front and back office optimisation solution; and

· an update on trends in the WFO market from Donna Fluss, Founder of DMG Consulting LLC, the leading call centre and real-time analytics consulting and research firm.
