Mattioli Woods PLC30 January 2007 MATTIOLI WOODS TO INCREASE BUSINESS EFFICIENCIES WITH NEW SOFTWARE SYSTEMS - Pensions consultancy expects full ROI within 18 months with Touchstone Group- Press release 30 January 2007 AIM listed Mattioli Woods plc (AIM: MTW.L), the fast growing specialist pensionsadministrator and consultancy is to invest in new time recording and clientbilling systems, which will allow its business to achieve significantoperational efficiencies. Touchstone Group has been awarded the £125,000 contract based on its "easy toadopt and use" approach. The project includes the supply of SunSystems forMattioli Woods' commission accounting requirements and Time@Work for its timerecording and invoicing. Mattioli Woods employs 95 people, including 13 consultants, and its funds undertrusteeship now total over £750 million. The business is primarily fee-basedand strong growth means it now administers around 1,500 pension schemes forclients throughout the UK. Nathan Imlach, Mattioli Woods' Finance Director, comments, "Our existingsoftware did not offer sufficient capacity for our projected growth. We choseto work with Touchstone Group, following a detailed tender process, because theyclearly understood our business and the potential productivity improvementsavailable to us. The new systems will also allow us toenhance the information we provide to our clients."
