GCP Asset Backed, which invests in asset backed loans, is pleased to announce a new investment of £11.1 million secured against a 70 bed care home in the UK. The loan, which has been fully drawn, is secured on a senior basis and is for a term of 16 years.
GCP Asset Backed has also funded two further advances for existing loans secured against co-living properties and UK property. The amounts advanced are £0.5 million and £5.0 million respectively.
