New Shares Issuable under the Share Appreciation Rights Scheme
Gateley (AIM:GTLY), the law-led professional services group announces that 2,425,024 ordinary shares of 10p each in Gateley ("Ordinary Shares") have vested following the third anniversary of the Company's admission to AIM, pursuant to the terms of the Company's Share Appreciation Rights ("SAR") Scheme as detailed in Gateley's admission document dated 8 June 2015. The SAR Scheme was implemented for the benefit of partner level employees to ensure they remain aligned with the long-term success of the Group. These new Ordinary Shares are expected to be admitted to trading on AIM at 8.00 a.m. on 18 July 2018.
