LSR Group to build new residential complex in St. Petersburg

OJSC LSR Group announces start of construction and pre-sales in a new residential mass-market complex "Kvartet" with a total area of around 107 th sq m built on the land plot of 6.2 ha in the Moskovsky district of St. Petersburg.

The new complex will consist of four 25-storey houses comprising 2000 one-, two- and three-room apartments. All the apartments will be transferred to customers fitted-out. The price per square meter starts at RUB 70 thousand.

The whole project is scheduled for completion at the end of 2017.

"Kvartet" will be built using energy-efficient "seamless" facade fit-out technology which provides high insulation properties and comfort micro-climate, compared to traditional prefabricated buildings.

The project will have high market potential due to its location in one of the best districts of the St. Petersburg with all necessary infrastructure: access to metro, shopping malls and medical centers. Moreover, there will also be a public school and kindergartens.
