MOTIVE TELEVISION PLC (the "Company" or "Motive")
New programme orders for Manchester-based subsidiary
Scarlet Television Ltd ("Scarlet"), the Manchester-based Independent television production company controlled by AIM-listed Motive Television PLC, has won a primetime programme order for ITV1, Britain's Biggest Babies. The programme is one of four Scarlet programmes to be broadcast on ITV and SKY in the same week in June 2008.
Britain's Biggest Babies features the biggest babies ever born (in the UK- and in the world). The programme, which reveals exclusive new research into the link between maternal obesity and the birth-weight of babies, airs on ITV1 at 9pm, on the 12 June 2008.
SKY is broadcasting 50 Greatest TV Endings with Cilla Black and 50 Ways to Leave Your TV Lover, presented by Fern Britton, at 9pm on 8 June 2008 and 15 June 2008 respectively. Scarlet's factual series on Britain's most notorious serial killers- The Making of a Monster- takes the 9pm slot on the Crime and Investigation Network, on 12 June 2008.

A 50% interest in Luminous Productions, which has piloted a new family entertainment show, "The Byrne Ultimatum", starring Jason Byrne, for RTÉ
A 100% interest in Dublin-based production company Motive Television Ltd, which is producing an observational documentary series, "Summer in the Sun", for Irish broadcaster RTÉ. Motive is currently also in production on a major history of Gaelic games for Setanta Sport, "Part of What We Are", and is producing 10 live GAA matches for Irish broadcaster TV3 this summer (in association with Asgard Media).
A 50% interest in London-based factual entertainment specialist Rumble TV Productions Ltd.
