Natural Forces Launches Co-branded TyraTech Nature's Technology Products into U.S. Mushroom Production & Processing Markets
TyraTech, Inc. (AIM: TYR), a leading independent novel eco-technology company for human, animal and environmental health, is pleased to announce that it has executed a private label agreement with Natural Forces LLC of Davidson, North Carolina. As part of the agreement, Natural Forces plans to market & sell co-branded TyraTech Natures Technology™ insecticide and repellant products into the U.S. Mushroom production and processing markets Natural Forces, a leader in the development and practical application of natural and organic based technologies, products, and services plans to launch the three new co-branded insecticide and repellant products under their Natural Forces brand and labels in August, 2009. All products originated from the TyraTech Nature's Technology platform that is based upon development of highly potent and environmentally responsible pesticides for use against flies, flying insects, and other crawling insect pests that are found in and around mushroom growing & processing facilities.
The Natural Forces products will be sold under the Flitter™, Divert™, and Divert-O™ brands and labels. The Flitter and Divert products will be packaged and sold in an easy-to-use, 32-ounce non-aerosol ready to use package. The Divert-O product will be sold and applied as a fogging concentrate. All three products were developed by TyraTech using proprietary TyraTech Nature's Technology ingredients that are exempt from the EPA regulation for registration of pesticides.
