Line managers or HRemployees have a custom set of menu options that grant access to submit jobs,view progress on existing assignments including short-listed applicants, runworkflow, authorize timesheets, run reports, etc. Furthermore, candidates responding to campaigns managed on each client's behalfcan be directed to a job-site for that client. The candidate can then follow aconfigurable registration process through either the agency or client web site,which subsequently stores the applications within the Adapt database. Thecandidate can then manage their details through a chosen login/password andupdate their information or view progress on applications.
