Alternative Networks announces that Chris Huggett has today been appointed Group Sales Director reporting to the Chief Executive Officer. Chris will join the Executive Board which reports to the PLC Board.

Most recently Chris was Networking Sales Director at HP, where he has been for the last six years. For the first three years he was VP UK and East EMEA for 3Com and he was promoted following the acquisition of 3Com by HP. Formerly, he held enterprise sales director roles at Vodafone, Dell and Cisco. He commences duties on 13 January 2014.

Jim Sewell will hand over his responsibilities in this area to Chris, and we thank him for his success in this role. Jim will revert to his former role as Chief Strategy Officer and will be focussed primarily on business development and acquisitions."
