Norwegian service provider Garnes Data joins Nasstar's partner programme

Nasstar (AIM: NASA), the hosted desktop cloud service provider, is pleased to announce that Garnes Data, a Norwegian service provider, has joined Nasstar's partner programme to distribute the Hosted Desktop service. This is the first overseas partner to offer Nasstar's Hosted Desktop service in the Nordic region.

Nasstar will shortly start to receive revenues from the new partnership as Garnes Data has already begun the process of migrating companies to Nasstar's Hosted Desktop platform.

Tore Foss, CEO of Garnes Data, said: "We believe there is a big opportunity for virtual desktop in Norway and we wanted to partner with a company that has the platform and scalability to deliver. We've been testing the Nasstar service and found it to be excellent. Our due diligence also included a visit to the UK to inspect its service and data centres which we found to be very impressive."
