New Notifiable Shareholder

The Company has today received the following notification:

"Having participated in funding rounds since October 2005, following recent purchases of shares in the market at up to 89p per share and exercise of warrants, Kenny Shovell is now the beneficial owner of 3,200,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company. This stake represents approximately 3.97% of the Company's issued share capital of 80,657,411 Ordinary Shares following the admission of the new Ordinary Shares on Friday 11 July."
