Inchcape PLC13 December 2005 13 December 2005 Inchcape appoints new Non-executive Director Inchcape plc, the international automotive services group, is pleased toannounce the appointment of Karen Guerra as a Non-executive Director. Karen willjoin the Board of Inchcape on 1 January 2006. Karen is President and Chief Executive of Colgate Palmolive France S.A., and wasappointed to their Board in 1999. From 1988 to 1999 Karen held a number of positions within Colgate Palmolive UKLimited, assuming the roles of Chairman and Managing Director, UK and Ireland,in 1996. During this time, from 1996 to 1998, she also served as a Non-executiveDirector for More Group plc. Previously, from 1986 to 1988, Karen was aMarketing Manager, Holland and Ireland, at PepsiCo.
