New MNVO Agreement with Billi

Artilium signs new MVNO agreement with Billi for its mobile and fixed telecom enablement services

Artilium plc (LSE/AIM: ARTA), the AIM quoted provider of innovative telecommunication software and solutions, announces that it has, through its subsidiary United Telecom, signed a 5 year contract with the MVNO Billi (www.billi.be) for the Belgian market. Artilium will provide mobile and fixed line services and support in Belgium to Billi. The Company expects the contract to provide approximately €500,000 of additional revenue per year for the duration of the contract.

Billi currently has 4,500 mobile subscribers and more than 12,000 users for fixed line services. These users will all be migrated to Artilium services. This new agreement will enable Billi to further grow its business in Belgium with a turn-key solution that enables MVNO's to run their own brand, thereby saving time and costs.

There are now over 50 MVNO's using services provided on the ARTA® platform of Artilium. Currently 13 MVNO's are also supported by United Telecom for billing and customer service. Revenues for services to MVNO's are generated on a per user basis.
