New membership of the Consultative Committees of Fondul Proprietatea S.A.

Franklin Templeton International Services S.À R.L., in its capacity as alternative investment fund manager and sole director (the "Fund Manager") of Fondul Proprietatea SA (the "Fund"), hereby announces the new membership of the Fund's Consultative Committees, effective as of today, as follows.

The Audit and Valuation Committee consists of:

- Julian Rupert Francis HEALY - Chairman;

- Piotr RYMASZEWSKI - Member;

- Steven Cornelis van GRONINGEN - Member;

- Sorin Mihai MÎNDRUȚESCU - Member;

- Mark Henry GITENSTEIN - Member.

The Remuneration and Nomination Committee consists of:

- Sorin Mihai MÎNDRUȚESCU - Chairman;

- Mark Henry GITENSTEIN - Member;

- Piotr RYMASZEWSKI - Member;

- Steven Cornelis van GRONINGEN - Member;

- Julian Rupert Francis HEALY - Member.

We remind shareholders that each of the above-mentioned Committees will consist of five (5) persons, all of them being the members of the Fund's Board of Nominees.
