As required under Clause 30 of the Listing Agreement entered into by us with your Stock Exchange, we hereby wish to inform you that Shri. Shyam Srinivasan has been appointed as Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer of the Bank, as approved by RBI and has taken charge with effect from 23 September 2010.

As informed to you earlier vide letter No: SD/F24/1450/2010 dated September 14 2010, Shri. T C Nair has been appointed as a Non- Executive, Independent Director on the Board of the Bank with effect from 13 September 2010, in place of Shri. Surendra Paiin accordance with the Articles of Association of the Bank and Section 10A of the Banking Regulation Act, 1949.
