Martin Riley, aged 41, graduated from the Welsh Agricultural College inAberystwyth. He has extensive knowledge of the animal healthcare and veterinarysectors having held several senior positions over an 18 year period withinMerial Animal Health Group, one of the world's leading and most successfulanimal health companies. Martin Roach, who joined the Group in 2002 as Managing Director of NVS isstepping down from the role for family reasons. He will remain with the Groupfocusing on identified projects until the end of the current financial year inJune 2006.
