CLS HOLDINGS PLC ("CLS") ANNOUNCES NEW LETTINGS AT CI TOWER & QUAYSIDE
The Board of CLS is pleased to announce that following recent lettings at CI Tower, New Malden and Quayside, Fulham both buildings are now fully let.
Quayside is a 33,000 sq ft (3,065 sq m) building adjacent to Imperial Wharf and the remaining 1,600 sq ft (148.6 sq m) has been let to Knowledge to Action Limited for a term of five years at ‚£31,200 per annum (‚£19.50 psf / ‚£210 psm) with three months rent free. The tenant has a break option at the end of the third year.
At CI Tower, a 16 storey 80,000sq ft (7,432 sq m) building adjacent to New Malden station, the remaining suite on the fourth floor has been let to Mr Jason Lee for a term of five years at ‚£25,400 per annum (‚£20 psf / ‚£215 psm). There is no rent free period.
Cattaneo Commercial and Hargreaves Newberry Gyngell acted on behalf of CLS at CI Tower and Hargreaves Newberry Gyngell were the letting agent at Quayside.
