CLS HOLDINGS PLC ("CLS") ACHIEVES FULL OCCUPANCY AT CI TOWER, NEW MALDEN
The Board of CLS Holdings Plc is pleased to announce the letting of the last available floor at CI Tower, New Malden.
A new lease to CMP Information Limited has completed on 2,212 sq ft of the remaining part 11th floor CI Tower, a 16 storey multi let landmark building, adjacent to New Malden station. CMP Information has signed a five year lease at a rent of ‚£45,350 per annum (‚£20.50 per sq ft) with an option to determine at the expiry of the third year. Four months rent free was granted, plus a further one month should the break option not be exercised.
The lease is guaranteed by United Business Media Group Limited the parent company of CMP Information, who join a number of other occupiers within CI Tower including Hays Specialist Recruitment and Flight Centre.
Cattaneo Commercial and Hargreaves Newberry Gyngell acted on behalf of CLS.
Executive Chairman of CLS, Sten Mortstedt, commented:
