NEW LEASE AGREEMENT SIGNED

Avation PLC (LSE: AVAP), the commercial passenger aircraft leasing company, is pleased to announce the signing of a lease agreement with South Korean airline SUM Air for a new ATR 72-600 aircraft. 

The aircraft is one of the ten ATR 72-600 aircraft ordered by Avation in 2024 pursuant to the exercise of Purchase Rights under its long-term purchase contract with ATR. The aircraft, which is scheduled to be delivered in November 2025, will be the first aircraft in SUM Air's fleet.
