OJSC "Magnit" Announces the Opening of the 133rd Hypermarket

Krasnodar, April 4, 2013: OJSC "Magnit" (the "Company"; MICEX and LSE: MGNT) ispleased to announce the opening of the 133rd hypermarket of a small format.

Please be informed that today the Company has opened its 133rd hypermarket of asmall format located at 128 Sevastopolskaya street, Saransk, Republic ofMordovia, Volga federal district. Assortment of the hypermarket consists ofabout 7,800 SKUs, out of which about 84% are food items. There are 19 cashdesks installed in the sales area. The hypermarket is open 7 days a week from 9am to 10 pm.
