GO!Enterprise winsTier-1 MNO contract and update

Globo Plc (LSE-AIM: GBO) the international mobile solutions and SaaS provider, announces a new contract with a Tier-1 SE European mobile network operator ("MNO"), for the commercial launch of GO!Enterprise.

This is the second contract for GO!Enterprise with a Tier-1 MNO and targets the commercialisation of both GO!Enterprise Office (secure e-mail, files, messaging and personal information management) and GO!Enterprise Mobilizer (development of mobile apps that connect to enterprise systems).

Commercial launch is expected to take place in January 2013. The service will be provided on a recurring monthly subscription per device.

Since launch a year ago, GO!Enterprise has experienced strong demand resulting in numerous partnerships, distribution agreements and new customers, including banks, large businesses, SMEs andgovernment projects, demonstrating the superiority of GO!Enterprise's technology and its well positioned marketing strategy and commercial model.

As expected, Globo's expertise and reach in the European market has resulted in a total of more than 900 active customers with more than 140,000 Business to Employee and Business to Business active licenses through the GO!Enterprise Office and Mobilizer license scheme, and a total of more than 80,000 Business to Consumer active licenses through the GO!Enterprise Reach license scheme.

The vast majority of new customers have been through the partner network that Globo has successfully been putting together for the last 18 months and which has grown to more than 120 direct partners and 4,500 indirect (through distributors) partners.

The revenues from the sale of GO!Enterprise licenses together with associated services of support, training and customised apps development is contributing to a significant proportion of this year's revenue, giving us the confidence that GO!Enterprise will evolve into one of the major drivers of our future growth.

Globo has successfully launched GO!Enterprise Server in the US at the MobileCON CTIA event in October 2012 and expects to announce several direct customers and partner deals soon.

In the meantime Globo is gaining significant recognition within technology research firms which will help GO!Enterprise win more customers, particularly larger ones which invest in technologies based on "best of breed" solutions that are covered in research reports.
