New GIANT 2016 platform secures first contract
Fusionex, an award-winning and market-leading international provider of software specialising in Analytics, Big Data and the Internet of Things, is pleased to announce that it has secured a million dollar, multi-year contract with an integrated holiday resort in Asia to use the Group's proprietary Big Data Analytics platform Fusionex GIANT 2016 to optimise its marketing strategy. This is the first significant contract to be secured for Fusionex GIANT 2016, the next generation of the Group's GIANT platform, initially launched on 28 June 2016.
The contract will see Fusionex assist the holiday resort by leveraging customer preferences to drive strategic growth. Using its advanced Big Data solution, Fusionex will carry out analytics on the resort's customer data, including social media posts and online reviews, in order to detect trends in food, entertainment and lodging more effectively and generate actionable business insights.
The resort, which contains accommodation, a theme park, golf, shopping and dining facilities, will be able to better serve existing guests and future visitors by employing GIANT, in particular creating profiles for each customer for a more personalised holiday experience. Additionally, real-time marketing of specific offerings to customers will help to develop customer relationships and encourage future visits, strengthening potential revenue streams.
