Confirmation of Equity Raising

Further to yesterday's announcement the Company is pleased to announce that it has received firm conditional commitments from new and existing shareholders to raise €6.5m via a shareholder subscription and placement.

Therefore, the Company can confirm that the number of shares to be issued on or around Tuesday 6 August 2013 will be 30,952,371 ordinary shares of no par value. Therefore, post admission of these shares, the Company will have an issued share capital of 358,752,371 shares, of which 10,221,824 are held in Treasury and the total number of shares with voting rights in the Company will be 348,530,547.

Karoo Investment Funds I & II, 24.99% shareholders in SRE, subscribed for 6,637,074 shares in the Equity Raising and James Peggie, a non-executive director, subscribed for 271,428 shares in the Equity Raising and Andrew Coombs CEO of Sirius Facilities and Alistair Marks CFO of Sirius Facilities subscribed for in aggregate 133,332 shares in the Equity Raising.
