Cranswick are pleased to announce that Jim Brisby will be appointed Sales and Marketing Director of the Company following the cessation of the Company's Annual General Meeting on Monday 26 July 2010.

Jim joined Cranswick 15 years ago from UMIST in Manchester, where he graduated with a degree in Business Management. In 2004 he was appointed Sales and Marketing Director of Cranswick Country Foods, a major subsidiary of Cranswick, and he has been an integral member of the team that has grown the business over the years.

Cranswick confirms that there are no matters requiring disclosure in relation to paragraphs 9.6.13 (1) to (6) of the Listing Rules of the UK Listing Authority.
