British Sky Broadcasting Group PLC03 April 2007 SKY ANNOUNCES NEW DOCUMENTATION PLATFORM British Sky Broadcasting Group plc ("BSkyB") has established a Euro Medium TermNote Programme ("the Programme"), with Barclays Capital acting as Arranger, andeach of Citigroup, JP Morgan, HSBC, RBS, BNP Paribas and Societe Generale asDealers. The Programme will provide BSkyB with a standardised documentationplatform to allow for any future senior debt issuance in the Eurobond markets.BSkyB has no current plans for issuance, and no decisions have been made on theProgramme's possible future usage. Potential issuers under the Programme are British Sky Broadcasting Group plc andBSkyB Finance UK plc. Maximum potential issuance under the Programme is £1billion. The Programme is listed on the London Stock Exchange, and is rated Baa2by Moody's and BBB by Standard & Poor's, both with stable outlook.
