OJSC "Magnit" Announces the Opening of a Distribution Center in Tula

Krasnodar, December 17, 2012: OJSC "Magnit" (the "Company"; MICEX and LSE:MGNT) is pleased to announce the opening of a new distribution center in Tula.

Please be informed that the Company opened a new distribution center in Tula.Total space of the warehouse is about 51,205 sq. m. Launch of the newdistribution center will improve the quality of service in the Central region.

"Magnit" retail chain operates 18 distribution centers with their totalcapacity of about 460,603 sq. m.

Headquartered in the southern Russia city of Krasnodar, Magnit (LSE and MICEX:MGNT) is the holding company for a group of entities that operate in the retailtrade under the "Magnit" brand. The chain of "Magnit" stores is one of theleading food retail networks in Russia.
