New distribution agreement with CBC Surveillance Limited
SerVision (AIM: SEV), the AIM listed developer and manufacturer of digital security systems, is pleased to announce that it has entered into a distribution agreement appointing CBC Surveillance Limited ("CBC Surveillance") as SerVision's exclusive distributor of SerVision's video gateway products in Benin, Burkina Faso, Cape Verde, Gambia, Guinea, Guinea-Bissau, Mali, Mauritania, Niger, Nigeria, Sierra Leone and Togo (the "Agreement"). CBC Surveillance is the security division of CBC EMEA, a Nigerian-based company that provides solutions for major security and surveillance companies. Services provided by CBC Surveillance include environmental monitoring solution services, physical access control systems and digital video surveillance vehicle tracking and fleet management solutions.
Under the terms of the Agreement, CBC Surveillance will have exclusivity over the distribution of all of the Company's products in these territories until 30 August 2014. The Agreement is for the supply of 1,000 products to CBC Surveillance over this period. SerVision has received an initial purchase order from CBC Surveillance with an aggregate value of US$120,000. This purchase order is for the supply of 150 MVG400 systems. The Agreement may be extended by a further one year subject to, inter alia, CBC Surveillance increasing their purchase commitment by at least 25 per cent. to 1,250 products.
