Ceres Power Holdings plc05 March 2007 Ceres Power Holdings plc ('Ceres', 'Ceres Power' or the 'Company') Director Changes Ceres Power, the AIM-quoted fuel cell group, is pleased to announce theappointment of Brian Count to its Board as a Non-Executive Director with effectfrom 2nd March 2007. Brian has had a distinguished career in National Power, rising to become ChiefExecutive Officer of Innogy plc. He led Innogy plc through its transformationfrom a generation company to an integrated energy business, prior to itsacquisition by RWE in 2003. He was latterly the Chief Executive Officer of RWE Trading ("RWE"), based inEssen, Germany until he retired from RWE in June 2005. In this role he grew theEuropean energy trading business to become a commercial hub of the RWE group. Brian read Mathematics at Kings College, Cambridge and subsequently received adoctorate in Physics. He is currently a non-executive director of Eskom, the state owned electricitycompany in South Africa, Chairman of Progressive Energy, a company that isworking with Centrica to develop a clean coal fired power station in the UK andis also a member of the UK Industrial Development Advisory Board of the DTI. Hehas extensive experience of international energy utilities and has been involved with governments and regulatory matters both in the UK and throughout Europe.
