Launch of New Digital Service to Support Public Sector Clients

Penna Consulting Plc (PNA: AIM), the international human resources consulting group, is pleased to announce the launch of Working Futures, a new digital service from the Company's Career Services business. This innovative service has been developed by Penna's in-house digital team specifically to support public sector clients as they enter a period of unprecedented departmental restructuring. Through Working Futures, Penna's Career Services business will be able to access a substantial customer base in the public sector which would not have traditionally been able to benefit from such comprehensive levels of career transition support.

Working Futures will enable public sector organisations to provide impactful and targeted support to staff in order to create a structured and coordinated path back to employment. Working Futures is designed to provide practical advice and guidance online from experienced coaches on a range of matters including optimisation of CVs, skill development, personal marketing, interview preparation, salary negotiation and guidance on alternative careers.
