New Customer Win via a new Adviser Partner
- First contract secured with new mid-market partner for a large global enterprise -
- A key channel to generation of material recurring revenue -
Outsourcery (AIM: OUT), a world-leading Cloud Services Provider ("CSP") that helps organisations of any size to reduce costs, increase productivity and work better, is pleased to announce a contract win with Saville Audio Visual, a new mid-market partner focused on network, video and unified communications solutions.
The contract is to provide services to Lloyd's Register, a global engineering, technical and business services organisation, with over £1bn turnover, 9,000 employees and 60,000 clients. As part of the partnership with Saville, Outsourcery will directly bill and support Lloyds Register.
With a total order of 8,500 users worldwide and commencing from May 2014, the first phase of the win is for the deployment of 1,500 users of Lync, Outsourcery's full enterprise voice server for Lloyd's Register's UK operation. The second phase is for the deployment of 7,000 Lync users, to complete the customer's world-wide roll out.
The contract ties perfectly with Saville Video and AV integrated systems proposition, already used by Lloyd's Register, while Lync will enable the organisation to replace its legacy on premise telephony solution with a cloud-based unified communications system. The solution will provide improved communication and collaboration capabilities as well as flexibility within the organisation.
Commenting on the win, Co-Chief Executive Piers Linney, said:
"We are announcing this contract win today in collaboration with a new mid-market partner as it is a great example of the potential of the mid-market opportunity and our 'Adviser' model whereby, unlike a white label 'Reseller' model, Outsourcery will bill and support end-customers alongside our partners.
This further demonstrates the strength of our capabilities on a global basis, as we add real value to customers in helping collaboration across multiple sites, while reducing costs and increasing scalability.
We are starting to see tangible returns from the investments made in our platform, as the activation of new partners and customers is key for us to generate material recurring revenue for this year and beyond."
