Mercury Group PLC25 October 2005 25 October 2005 MERCURY GROUP PLC ("Mercury " or the "Group") announces New Contracts Mercury Group plc, the integrated property services group, is delighted toannounce that its facilities management subsidiary, Navitas Hemway ("Navitas"),has secured new contracts in excess of £1.7m. Navitas has agreed a three year term contract with St Katharine's Investment LPto provide facilities management and maintenance services at ten separatecommercial locations within the prestigious St Katharine's Dock area. Thefacilities manager has also negotiated the extension of its two contracts withOriental City Ltd to provide total facilities management and services toc145,000 square feet of retail space in North London. In addition to providing maintenance, cleaning and security, Navitas Hemway hasbeen retained to provide waste management and environmental services.
