Company Health Group PLC04 October 2005 Embargoed until: 07.00, 4 October 2005 Company Health Group PLC ("Company Health" or "the Company") New contract wins Company Health (AIM: CHT.L), an established provider of occupational healthservices to corporates and testing services to life assurance providers,announces that it has signed major new contracts in two of its subsidiarybusinesses. Insurance Wholly owned subsidiary, Diagnostic Technologies Corporation Ltd ("DTC"), hassigned contracts with two large UK life assurance providers: Legal & GeneralAssurance Society Limited; and the life assurance division of one of the UK'sleading high street banks. DTC will supply them both with its unique medicalexamination and pathology testing services. Ralph Gough, Chief Executive of Company Health, commented: "Both clients wereimpressed by CaseTrack, our online Paramedical Examination Service. This worksby providing passwords and access codes to any number of specified individualsto log on to the web and check on the status and progress of all outstandingcases. High security and speed of delivery are key differentiators of ourservice. I expect that these two contracts will contribute significantly toturnover both this year and in the coming years." Occupational Health Company Health also announces that its occupational health subsidiary, hasreceived confirmation that a key contract with Stockport Borough Council, whichwas due for review in May 2006, has now been extended until 2008. Ralph Gough added: "The public sector and in particular local government is akey area of growth for our occupational health business and so I am delightedthat Stockport has extended our existing contract until 2008, giving us furthervisibility of secure earnings in that subsidiary."
